Day 10 - Trick Eye Museum

Hello All!

Sorry for the couple late posts, we've been traveling a lot the last couple days and I finally got settled to write!

This day was an exciting one for me because we got to go to the beach! (BETA Natasha's note: Don't you visit beaches often, though?) We woke up, took the bus and ate at a kimbab nara again, Meghan got tonkatsu (meat and rice) and I got dolsot bimimbap (steamed pot full of veggies).

After, we went straight to the Heopjae beach! I went swimming for a bit. Sadly, I didn't take any pictures of myself actually swimming.

I didn't swim for long either. I bought a seating under an umbrella because apparently you can't just sit any place on the beach, ugh. Meghan was listening to an audible book when I took this picture.

I felt so sandy after being in the water that I had to take a quick shower. You have to pay around 3,000 won to take one, though.

Good news, we ate our last bing-su of Korea; again, it's mango with cheesecake!

We took a taxi to the Greek Mythology Museum and Trick Eye Museum. It was literally in the middle of no where because there were no other buildings around. We had a fun time there and I'm going to show most of the pics we took there. We laughed a lot! ;P

Their closing time was around 6 but we still didn't get to the Greek Museum because we were taking a lot of pictures from the Trick Eye, so, we took quick pics of the Greek one.

We had to walk 10 minutes away to the bus stop after asking directions. Luckily, the bus stopped while we were walking and picked us to bring us near where we were staying. We went to another kimbab nara because I was craving dokkbokki and it'll probably be awhile before I have it again.

We went to a convenience store and bought some drinks. I got this frozen drink and it tasted so much like a smoothie! So good!

We weren't as tired as the day before but we had to wake up early to take our flight back to Seoul in the morning.

Overall, a nice and relaxing day.

Sid
